Welcome to Beaconhouse Al Khaleej (BAKIS)

It is with great pleasure and privilege that I have been invited to be the principal of a Beaconhouse school, a world-famous and respected educational institution with a rich history in educating young people. It is an exciting stage in the development of Beaconhouse Al Khaleej International school (BAKIS), and I am confident that with the hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm of the whole team, we will be able to confirm its place amongst the top international schools in the UAE.

I have spent the last 17 years working in the education sector in UAE’s different Emirates. I am holding a Master Degree in Educational Leadership and Management with Distinction, Master of Business Administration with Distinction, and National Professional Qualification of Headship (NPQH). During my academic journey, I had submitted many research papers related to education, assessment, curriculum, and different learning methods. Some of them are published in national and international educational magazines.

As the school principal, I am responsible for the school strategic improvement planning, preparation for inspection and accreditation, curriculum, and assessment, in addition to my role in overseeing parents-relation department, admission, and marketing.

I am eager to apply the latest trends in education at Beaconhouse Al Khaleej International School. Along my career path, I have achieved many success stories in transforming underperforming schoolsand improved them from different aspects.

I strongly believe in partnership between all stakeholders for the best of our students’ education. Our parents are our partners in this journey and their voice counts in every step of our improvement process.

My teaching philosophy is to help individuals in the school community to reach their maximum capacity and be independent learners.
